Welcome to our intimate yoga and wellness studio.

At Harmony Of Soul, we offer a warm and friendly space where everyone is welcome and respected, offering you the opportunity to immerse yourself in a unique experience of self-healing and rejuvenation. Our purpose is to cultivate a greater awareness through curiosity and self-discovery, of the body and mind, while developing an inclusive community of like-minded people.

Our small boutique studio is a place where you can feel supported on your journey. A place to find balance and harmony within yourself allowing for inner peace and comfort. The magic happens when you roll out your mat and you begin to move the body and ease the mind through the movement of asana, breath, mantra, pranayama, mindfulness, and guided meditation.

MEET OUR TEAM

Jodie

After successfully completing 500HRS of TT Jodie has continued her studies, gaining qualifications in pranayama and subtle yoga, and is now pursuing passions in other modalities of the realm.


Jodie is passionate about reducing stress and cultivating a sense of calm while tapping into the subtle energy of the body, she is thankful to be able to offer a space to feel empowered and leave feeling restored, grateful, and curious about your true nature.

Jodie is also registered with Yoga Australia and has a level 2 Yoga Teacher Training qualification.

Mary

Mary is a qualified Level 2 yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga for over 11 years having studied with the Byron Yoga Centre, The Australasian Yoga Institute, Yoga 101 and other yoga bodies over her 11-year period. Mary is an experienced and passionate Hatha Yoga instructor also having certifications in Yoga Flow, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Therapy and Holistic Massage.

Mary is committed to providing clear and detailed instructions as well as encouraging and supporting her students to explore with a playful curiosity the transformations that can take place in a yoga space but also transformations that can happen off the mat.

Mary is proficient in creating sequences that aim to support and benefit each and every student in an environment that is not only beautiful but safe and supportive giving the student a space where they can connect to self and learn to find inner peace.

Health and Wellness is Mary’s passion and through yoga she aims to help restore not only the physical body but also bring awareness and wellness back to one’s emotional, mental, spiritual, and energetic bodies.

Mary is currently undertaking studies in sound medicine.
